Refund policy

At VeeFashions.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure quality checking before dispatch.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
✅ Received wrong product
✅ Received damaged product
✅ Missing items in the order

📌 Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Return Not Accepted For

❌ Color difference due to mobile screen/lighting
❌ Slight design variations (handmade products)
❌ Used, worn, or damaged products after delivery
❌ Products without original packaging
❌ Change of mind / customer ordered wrong size or wrong item

3. How to Request Return

To request a return, send:

  • Order ID

  • Product unboxing video (recommended)

  • Clear photos of the issue
    to our WhatsApp/Call support.

4. Refund Process

Once the return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be sent to the original payment method
    (UPI/Bank/Payment Gateway)

5. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, we may provide a replacement instead of refund. 
Replacement product will be delivered within 7 wokring days  

6. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping.

  • If return is requested for customer-related reasons, shipping charges may apply.
